Chasidy Privett,
CEO/Business Coach
As CEO and Business Coach in the government marketplace, Chasidy Privett offers a unique 360-degree perspective in contract management with over 15+ years’ experience, advising clients on a host of issues facing government contractors, including FAR/DFARS regulatory compliance. In addition to her experience in government contract management, she has also provided mentorship, counseling, and training to small businesses seeking government contracts as a counselor independent coach, consultant, and trainer. Privett is a seasoned entrepreneur and has built her own business since 2007 through government market opportunities. Her expertise includes providing consultation to government and industry in all aspects of government contracting, including market research, solicitation and proposal preparation, contract accounting, contract administration, small business certifications, and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) compliance. Working collaboratively with non-profits and government entities, Privett shares her mission of supporting the small business community. These partnerships include Procurement Technical Assistance Centers, Small Business Development Centers, SCORE, Women Business Centers, and Veterans Business Outreach Centers.
Chasidy Privett has served in the Defense industry as contractor as well as helping clients understand how to navigate the complex and often confusing regulations imposed on businesses who want to do business with government agencies. Privett holds a B.S in Accounting, M.S in Management and is a Certified Business Coach. Her specialty includes providing FAR compliance serving a diverse set of clients including small businesses, start-ups and businesses seeking to venture into the government sector. As CEO, Privett is responsible for the oversight of the Firm’s Executive Team, as well as executing and promoting the overall strategic plan, growth and direction of the Firm.
